Nike’s Dunk Low gets another gray configuration as the sportswear powerhouse continues to quickly release more renders of its most sought-after figure. The “University Red” slice of the model was recently recalled once again, but this time it has been replaced with at least 20% recycled and upcycled material to build on its Next Nature initiative to reduce waste. waste.
The cloudy hue has been a highlight over the past few years as it hit previous releases such as the Dunk Low “Gray Fog” and “Photon Dust”. The color scheme of this latest offering is pretty much identical to the women’s Air Jordan 1 Low “Wolf Gray” which is also reminiscent of the Dior collaboration sneaker and the “Paris” edition.
A soft light gray drummed leather base dresses the toe box, quarters and ankle collar, while slightly darker gray overlays are complemented by pops of white from the main side swoosh and laces. Light blue nylon tongue and threading on a white midsole that sits on a gray rubber outsole to seal the look add a subtle pop of color.
